These terms apply to every order placed on vitaminshop.lb. Please read the health disclaimer in particular.
vitaminshop.lb is an online supplement shop operating in Lebanon. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +961 70 000 000 or by email at hello@vitaminshop.lb.
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is confirmed when we message you to accept it. If a product turns out to be unavailable or mispriced after you order, we will tell you and you can cancel with no cost.
We may decline or cancel an order โ for example if the address is outside our delivery area, the order looks fraudulent, or the same person places repeated orders that are never accepted on delivery.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any Lebanese pound figure shown next to a price is an indicative conversion at the rate set in our settings and is not a fixed price โ the amount due is the US dollar amount, or its equivalent in Lebanese pounds at the rate agreed when the courier arrives.
Delivery is $3 and is free on orders over $30 after any discount. Orders of 3 items or more automatically receive 10% off the subtotal; the discount is applied by our system at checkout and needs no code.
All orders are cash on delivery. We do not accept cards and never ask for card or bank details โ if anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
We aim to deliver anywhere in Lebanon within 48 hours of confirming your order. This is a target, not a guarantee: road closures, strikes, weather and public holidays can delay a delivery, and we will keep you updated on WhatsApp when they do.
Someone must be available at the address to receive and pay for the order. If nobody is reachable after two attempts, we may cancel the order.
Because you pay on delivery, you can refuse any order at the door at no cost. Returns after payment are covered by our returns policy โ unopened items within 7 days.
Food supplements are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are summaries of the manufacturer's information.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. Always follow the dosage on the label and keep supplements away from children.
We work hard to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but manufacturers change formulations and packaging without notice. The label on the bottle you receive is the authoritative source. If what arrives doesn't match what you ordered, our returns policy applies in full.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Beirut.
